I have been a Coach and Facilitator for many years after retraining following a successful career in General Management and Human Resources with IDV/GrandMet, latterly as Managing Director, IDV Africa.

I am a Fellow of the CIPD, a member of the IOD, and an LSE Alumni Association member.

I am married to Alexandra, an artist, and have two sons, Jack who’s the lead singer in a rock/funk/soul band and George, a student.

I am a committed meditator and enjoy art, theatre, travel especially to Nice, walking and watching Liverpool FC win in Europe!
